Prior to founding the Clark Law Firm, PLLC, located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Suzanne G. Clark was an attorney at the largest national law firm in the state, where she gained significant experience in a wide range of civil litigation. She handles complex business, civil, labor and family law cases with a deep sense of commitment and skill, having special corporate experience to assist in intellectual property cases as well as commercial litigation. Ms. Clark received Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Connecticut and was awarded her Juris Doctor summa cum laude by the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2008. Prior to her legal career, she worked in the semiconductor industry as a process engineer and then in senior management, which provided her with valuable first-hand insights into various business affairs. In 2013, Ms. Clark was appointed by Governor Beebe to serve as a special associate justice on a case appearing before the Arkansas Supreme Court. The Arkansas Supreme Court appointed Ms. Clark to the Civil Practice Committee in 2014. Admitted to practice before all state and federal Arkansas courts, Ms. Clark is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Clark has been very active the in the Arkansas Bar Association and was elected by its state-wide membership to serve as its President for 2018-2019, after having served in its House of Delegates and the Board of Governors Ms. Clark maintains an active teaching profile, having taught products liability as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law as well as a skills course in litigating medical negligence claims. She is a former member of the board of directors of the Northwest Arkansas Free Health Center, and she serves on the board of trustees of the Fayetteville Public Library. As a contributor to several distinguished publications, including the Encyclopedia of the Supreme Court of the United States, she maintains an active role as a writer for prominent journals.

Payton Crews Bentley a native of Russellville, AR joined Clark Law Firm, PLLC as an Associate in 2017. Mr. Bentley's practice focuses on a wide array of business, civil and family law cases. Prior to joining Clark Law Firm, PLLC, while attending law school, Mr. Bentley worked for two years as a law clerk for Bobby Lee Odom, of Odom Law Firm in Fayetteville Arkansas. During that time Mr. Bentley gained extensive experience in civil law and litigation by managing a variety of civil cases from start to finish. Mr. Bentley is a cum laude graduate of the Arkansas School of Law. During law school he was the 2015 Board of Advocates Client Counseling Competition Winner. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Arkansas. In his spare time you can find Mr. Bentley hiking, camping, golfing or watching the Razorbacks.

Sydney Nicole Hultberg, a native of Magnolia, Arkansas, joined Clark Law Firm, PLLC as an Associate Attorney in 2024 after previously serving as a law clerk to the firm. Ms. Hultberg’s practice focuses on a wide array of civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Clark Law Firm, PLLC, Ms. Hultberg worked as a law clerk for several complex litigation firms as well as a Fortune 300 company. Ms. Hultberg is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law where she served in various leadership roles in the Student Bar Association, Women’s Law Student Association, Business Law Society, and Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Hultberg holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Finance from Southern Arkansas University. In her free time, Ms. Hultberg enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs.

Anna Langner was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, where she obtained a master’s degree with two majors (German literature and Spanish linguistics) as well as an associate’s degree in office management and business languages (English and French). She moved several times with her husband and children between Europe and the US. She is very happy now to settle back in Fayetteville, AR, where her adult son graduated from FHS, and her daughters were born. Prior to joining Clark Law Firm in 2022, Ms. Langner gained experience as a Property Manager in Real Estate and as an Assistant and Office Manager in Consulting in Europe (Spain and Germany), as well as in organizing forums for business owners all over the world (Germany-based). She is thrilled to work for Clark Law Firm, and to keep learning about the legal process. During her free time, Ms. Langner enjoys time with her family, traveling, yoga, and hiking.
